EiF is led and operated by a Board of the Trustees. There are no paid staff or other volunteers involved. At present there are 5 Board members:

Judy has been a volunteer with various organisations in Dunton Green for almost 20 years and was part of the group that raised initial funds for Education in Full. She has been the Chair of Trustees since 2020

James has lived in Dunton Green since 2018, and has been a Trustee since 2020.

Pui-Ching has 2 young children and has lived in Dunton Green for 11 years. She works in Education and has been a Trustee since 2020.

Rebecca is a parent at Dunton Green Primary School and has lived in the village for 15 years. She has been a Trustee since Spring 2024 and is secretary.

Sarah was a governor of Dunton Green Primary School for over 10 years. She is a former Civil Servant and has been a trustee of several charities. She became a trustee in 2025
The Trustee Board meets every 2 months in the evening, usually at Dunton Green Primary School, or remotely on the Internet. The role of the Board is to ensure the legal operation of the charity, to manage its finances, assess grant applications and to ensure that there are sufficient funds to provide those grants. From time to time the Board holds fundraising events and is always keen to publicise what it does and its needs for financial support.
The Trustees complete an initial selection process:
- An application form
- Interview
- References
- Check for disqualification
- Enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
We are always keen to hear from people who are interested in being a trustee. Do contact us if you would like to know more about what is involved or use the links below to download more information and an application form.
